Shipping & Returns

Most items are shipped within 1-2 days. When your order contains several items, you may receive more than one package – depends on size, weight and origin of shipping when shipped directly from manufacturer or their authorized distributor. You will not incur additional shipping cost. The total price you see at checkout is the total cost of your order. From time to time some items may be out of stock. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Some items may be discontinued and might not be possible to reorder. For example you probably can not buy the same cellphone you have. There are new models out almost every month. In that case we’ll issue full refund of your purchase price.

Returned items must be sent with proof of purchase, reason for return, your contact info and must be shipped with tracking number and/or insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in mail. If we don’t receive it, we can not refund your money. Restocking fee may apply to some items. This fee is usually set by manufacturer or distributor. The fee, while sometimes high, doesn’t even cover the labor cost of receiving, inspecting, repacking, and the administrative cost of inventory documenting and issuing refunds.
